Enterprise Architecture (EA) Training

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a strategic framework that bridges business and IT, enabling organizations to align strategy, operations, and technology. This training equips participants with the skills to design, implement, and maintain EA using frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and MyGovEA.

Through interactive lectures, case studies, and workshops, participants will learn how to develop blueprints, roadmaps, and governance models that drive digital transformation, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the principles, benefits, and pitfalls of EA.
  • Apply EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, etc.) effectively.
